Scott Schober
Mr. Scott N. Schober is the President and CEO of Berkeley Varitronics Systems (BVS), a 45 year-old New Jersey-based privately held company and leading provider of advanced, world-class wireless test and security solutions. Scott’s recent focus has been development (patent pending) of BVS’ cell phone detection tools, used to enforce a ‘no cell phone policy’ in various markets including government, corporate, military, educational, correctional and law enforcement around the world. Scott Schober has appeared on ABC News, Bloomberg TV, CBS This Morning, CGTN America, Fox Business, Good Morning America and many more. His security advice is heard on dozens of radio stations such as National Public Radio, Sirius XM Radio and Bloomberg Radio. Scott educates businesses and consumers around the world on avoiding, preparing for and ultimately dealing with cybersecurity and corporate liability. He has spoken at ShowMeCon, GovSec and Counter Terror expo as many local, small business events. Scott is also a regular contributor on Huffington Post, Fortune Magazine, and blogs for IBM, SecureWorld, HP’s Business Value Exchange, and TripWire’s State of Security.
Colin McKinty
Colin McKinty, VP of Cyber Security Strategy, Americas at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, has held various roles at the company in the both the US and UK. Upon completing a Masters of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, he then went on to receive his PhD from the University of Surrey (UK) in 2001. He has spent more than a decade helping a wide range of customers enhance and protect their organizations with information intelligence and advanced analytic tools and processes. 
He moved from the company’s HQ in the UK to the US in 2007 to run BAE Systems Applied Intelligence’s federal business, which led to a new role: Cyber Lead for the Americas. This enabled him to focus on supporting organizations in the commercial sector. Since 2013, he has been the driving force behind BAE Applied Intelligence’s success in breaking into the security market in the Americas. Colin has a strong technical background with many years of practical experience developing analytics coupled with the business experience needed to speak with decision makers at all levels of an organization.
